I am Aram Norouzi, a yoga teacher who has been practicing for almost 20 years.

Over the years, I have experienced firsthand the numerous benefits that yoga can bring to one’s body and mind. As a result, it has become the most important science in my life. I have been teaching yoga classes for 13 years and take pride in being an efficient instructor.

I have developed a unique teaching style of Yoga called Active Yoga over 11 years of experience teaching my students. This style involves the use of auxiliary tools, such as yoga bricks, walls, stretches, and yoga belts, and is performed with a professional and medically oriented approach. I have personally seen incredible results in my students’ bodies, including body correction and symmetry, hormonal balance, body shaping, height increase, relief from waist hump, back pain, lower back pain, and sciatica pain. Additionally, this style allows for increased focus and sensation throughout the body. My ultimate goal with Active Yoga is to promote health and wellness throughout society. e Yoga is to promote health and wellness throughout society.

Through active yoga movements, you can learn to coordinate your body muscles and even your body cells. This style of yoga allows you to complete and correct a movement not just with one muscle, but with the coordination of your whole body. It also helps you align your body and skeleton for better posture and balance.

It’s clear that in active yoga, movements are done correctly. You can consciously use tools to correct and balance your body, strengthen your muscles, and improve your overall awareness of your body. Practicing active yoga can help you stay in a yoga posture and increase your mental focus, bringing harmony and mindfulness to both your body and mind.

Active Yoga requires patience and endurance, especially for beginners, as it takes time to get to know the body and mind. In my experience teaching this style, it usually takes around three months for my students to become aware of their body and mind and to understand the purpose of Active Yoga. Concentration is essential for this style, but with continuous practice, students will see amazing effects on their body and mind.

Those who have been practicing Active Yoga for a while have seen wonderful benefits on their body and mind. My privileged students have shared their positive experiences with me, and I’ve been promoting and spreading my style to help others achieve symmetry, body modification, and fitness.

I’ve been practicing yoga for a long time, and I’ve seen the effects of Active Yoga on my students’ body and mind more than any other style I learned earlier. I’m happy that I could create a style that I love because symmetry, body shaping, fitness, and body awareness are more important to me than performing advanced yoga moves.

Active Yoga offers an excellent style that has positive effects on the body and mind, as I’ve seen and felt in myself and my students over the last two years. I’m grateful that I was able to create Active Yoga based on my inspirations, and it has delivered precisely what I expected from a yoga style.
