I am Aram Norouzi, a yoga teacher who has been practicing for almost 20 years. Over the years, I have experienced firsthand the numerous benefits that yoga can bring to one’s body and mind. As a result, it has become the most important science in my life. I have been teaching yoga classes for 13 years and take pride in being an efficient instructor.
I have developed a unique teaching style of Yoga called Active Yoga over 11 years of experience teaching my students. This style involves the use of auxiliary tools, such as yoga bricks, walls, stretches, and yoga belts, and is performed with a professional and medically oriented approach. I have personally seen incredible results in my students’ bodies, including body correction and symmetry, hormonal balance, body shaping, height increase, relief from waist hump, back pain, lower back pain, and sciatica pain.
