What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter yoga is a great technique that aims to develop happiness, bring out the inner child.

Laughter yoga helps you manage stress better. Laughter yoga is now gaining more attention among the general public, which in turn activates the parasympathetic nervous system, or your body’s natural relaxation system.

Laughter yoga helps adults learn how to be happy without excuses and consciously laugh without the triggers that make them happy or laugh, given that they are busy with the problems and daily tasks of life. Laughing without stimuli can be the cause of inner happiness and help to treat physical and mental diseases, reduce tension and stress.
Laughter yoga is used as a treatment for many physical and mental illnesses, as proponents of laughter yoga believe that intentional (simulated) laughter can equal spontaneous laughter (e.g., laughing at a joke).
Laughter Yoga was discovered by Dr. Madan Arya, a family physician in Mumbai, India in 1995, and till today the number of followers of Laughter Yoga has increased worldwide. You can see the name of laughter therapy along with other complementary medicine methods such as music therapy, art therapy, aromatherapy, etc.
Since laughter is contagious, it has spread throughout the world. Even the proponents of laughter yoga claim that this yoga reduces stress and the risk of chronic diseases.
The yoga of laughing without excuses can make you optimistic and positive in dealing with stressful situations. Since you can’t always depend on your surroundings to laugh, laughing without excuses can be a valuable tool.
I hope that when you wake up in the morning, you will learn to laugh without excuses, and that this will be some kind of regular morning routine to start your work day that will attract positive energy and happiness to you and do it. You can stay energetic and happy, so the mind learns that there is not necessarily a reason to laugh, you learn to laugh without excuses. Over time, you will see its positive effects in your life.

Hoping that Laughter Yoga will spread around the world to help reduce stress and mental illness and help nurture and heal the human psyche
